Prices displayed on the website for any product(s) or services offered, are subject to change without notice at any given time. Any price changes will be notified and confirmed to you before dispatch and you will be given the opportunity to cancel, if you so require. All prices quoted are VAT inclusive (20%) and are in POUNDS sterling. Prices listed are for 75cl single bottle unless otherwise stated.

If a product is listed as Maximum Order Quantity for "Product Name" is 1 Unit Per Customer! | definition meaning - Maximum Order Quantity for "Product Name" is 1 Unit Per Customer! - per 1 Unit address.

Our aim is to dispatch within 24 hours of receiving the order.

All product(s) must be paid in full before dispatch is permitted.

All product(s) offered are subject to availability and we cannot guarantee availability of the product(s) listed.

If a product(s) listed on our site becomes out of stock and the suppliers have added a price increase, we will have to add the increase to the product(s) but we will allow you the option to cancel, before dispatch.

When you place an order on our website and enter your card details you are confirming that you are the card holder or you have the permission of the card holder to use the card.

For your own security we have the right to contact your card provider to check relevant card details.

10% discount is applicable 75cl bottle price for purchases of 12 bottles or more (wines and champagnes only). The 10% Discount is applicable to straight cases, 12 or more, or mixed cases, 12 or more. If a product or country is already discounted within the site, then the already discounted product cannot be included in the 10% discount for 12 or more.

Web Exclusive - If a product is hightlighted "Web Exclusive" this means that the product already has been discounted and can not be included in any further discount structure.

TWC(Triangle Wine Club) members are entitled to further discount, as per wine tasting, but the further discounted price can be withdrawn at any time, subject to availability and to supplier increases.
FWC(Fairley's Wine Club) members are subject to an additional 2.5% case discount, entitling them to 12.5% case discount in total.

Gift voucher(s) are available to purchase on Fairleys-wines website and a contract between you and Fairley's will only exist when Fairley's accepts your order.

You must check that all relevant details of the confirmation are correct, as soon as possible and you should print out and keep a copy of the confirmation.

You undertake that all relevant details provided to Fairley's-wines for the purpose of ordering gift voucher(s) are correct, that credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the gift voucher ordered.

Fairley's Gift Vouchers are available to be redeemed online at fairleys-wines.co.uk but not in our shops.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless authorised and agreed by us.

Gift vouchers are limited to one promotional voucher per person, per offer and one per order.

Please note that a minimum purchase value may apply, which is exclusive of postage and packaging.

Viruses it is your responsibility to clarify all information downloaded from this site, is virus or spyware free, by using relevant virus-checking software. Fairley's cannot be held responsible if an attack from a third party source occurs.

We also have the right to suspend your access to our site, if you breach are terms and conditions.

If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, website or product(s), please contact us and we will be happy to deal with your complaint, it will be treated with the highest importance and sensitivity.
