Germany | Deer
Germany | Rheinhessen
2016 | 10.5% - 75cl
The winery used for the German Riesling is located within the Mosel region, which forms part of the larger Rheinhessen, Germany's largest wine region. Situated on the low-lying soils along the banks, the harvested grape is fermented in stainless steel, and allowed to rest for 3 months, prior to bottling. The resulting sweet white appears yellow with generous citrus, accompanied by fetching tropical fruits, minerality and spice on the nose.
