The Quiet Man Craft Whiskey
The Quiet Man Irish Whiskey is the first whiskey to be matured and bottled in Derry/Londonderry in over one hundred years. The Quiet Man Craft Distillery will be the first distillery in the maiden city since the closure of the Watts Distillery in 1921 and the first new build in almost 150 years. Located on the historic Ebrington Site in the city centre, the new distillery hopes to be open for distillation and for visitors in 2018 and in advance of that, The Quiet Man Craft Distillery Company with continue to mature, blend and bottle the whiskey at the Niche Drinks site in Derry/Londonderry, under the watchful eye of founder and owner Ciaran Mulgrew.
