Old Carrick Mill Distillery
Ireland's Ancient EastEstablished by Stephen Murphy in 2014, The Old Carrick Mill Distillery is located in Ireland's ancient east at Derrylavin, Carrickmacross, County Monaghan. The distillery is an old flour mill, which dates back to 1790 and is home to two deep spring water wells. The first product to be produced is the award winning Old Carrick Gin, with plans in place, to distil an Irish Whiskey 'Rogues Reserve Barrel', matured in 50 350Lt Ex-Chateau Magnol Bordeaux oak barrels.
