Carrick Mill Gin Description ...
The County Monaghan, Carrickmacross gin, is distilled in an old flour mill, produced in small 500lt batches, using 9 different botanicals, the gin is then filtered and cut down using natural limestone spring water, drawn from one of two wells found at the distillery, finally the spirit is allowed to rest for two weeks, prior to bottling.
