Bushmills Tripled Distilled Irish Whiskey

The Old Bushmills Whiskey Distillery is in the northwest of Ireland, in the village of Bushmills, County Antrim, nestled on the bank of the River Bush. The license to distil was granted in 1608 by King James I, with ‘The Old Bushmills Distillery’ officially registered in 1784, with the Pot Still as the registered trade mark. To this day, the Distillery draws its water from Saint Columb’s Rill, a tributary of the River Bush.

Bushmills 10 Year Old Single Malt has been tripled distilled from 100% malted barley, matured in two woods, Oloroso sherry and seasoned Bourbon casks for a minimum of 10 years. The single malt is made from three key ingredients, malted barley sourced from Southern Ireland, distillers yeast which comes from Scotland and Bushmills water from St Columb's Rill, tributary of the River Bush.

Nose - "Fresh and zesty. Honey, ripe fruit."
Palate - "Soft. Vanilla, milk chocolate and toasted wood."
Finish - "Crisp and clean, gently drying."
