Bushmills Black Bush Irish Whiskey is a blend between Bushmills Tripled Distilled Pot still Irish Malt Whiskey aged in Oloroso Sherry Casks and batch distilled Irish Grain Whiskey. The production uses a high proportion of Sherry Barrel matured Bushmills Malt Whiskey with small batch sweet Grain Whiskey, with the dark colour coming from the Sherry casks.
