The Pinot Noir appears dark cranberry with a mix of red and black berry fruits, locked in with violet and smoked oak on the nose. The palate opens with juicy red cherry and berry jam, lasting toasted oak and a hint of rich dark chocolate, supported by silky soft tannins, medium bodied finishing long with lashings more red fruits. Really good but needs to open in the glass and would be best served with grilled meats and savoury dishes.
