Hinch Distillery is located in Killaney Estate, just outside Ballynahinch in County Down. The Estate and new build Distillery owned by Terry Cross, with Derek Hardy appointed as Managing Director and Michael Morris as International Sales Director. The distillery hopes to open its doors in late 2019 and has three Pot stills, 10,000Lt, 5,500Lt and 2,500Lt with a capacity of over 3 million bottles of Single Malt and Pot still per year. In the interim, the Company will release 5 new whiskies and a gin within summer of 2019, with the whiskey coming from several sources and type of finish, controlled and directed by the distillery.
