La Forge Estate Sauvignon Blanc

The Paul Mas La forge White appears very bright with green tints, followed by a spectrum of tropical fruits, locked in with asparagus and herbaceous aromas on the nose. The palate opens with expressive gooseberry, melon and zesty citrus, a touch of smoke and minerality, finishing fresh with hints of grass and juicy grapefruit. Please do not over chill and would be best consumed young, 1-2 years. Serve with seafood, grilled fish and on its own.
