La Forge Estate Malbec

The Estate Red displays a brilliant purple with ruby tints in colour. The nose opens strong and complex with layers of red and black fruit, accompanied with chocolate and hints of violet, with toasted oak. The palate overwhelms with soft and full blackcurrant, dried plum, velvety soft with underlying liquorice, finishing smooth and round with even more spiced black fruit. Please allow to breathe 1-2 hour and would be best served with pasta, BBQ meat, game and mild cheese.
