La Forge Estate Pinot Noir

The Paul Mas La forge Red appears ruby red with an array of ripe red fruits, mingled with spice and hints of vanilla. The palate opens with an abundance of rich cherry fruit, combined with raspberries and a hint of strawberry, warm spice with soft tannins, finishing balanced with even more spice and sweet red fruit. Please allow to breathe 1-2 hours and would be best served with lamb, red meat, veal, pork and medium cheeses.
