La Forge Estate Chardonnay

The La forge White appears golden yellow with slight green hints. The nose is bursting with a mix of tropical fruits, hazelnut and citrus blossom. The palate opens toasty and full with pineapple and apple at the forefront, followed by balanced lime and minerality, finishing lively and nutty, with toasted oak and even more fruit. Please allow to open and would be best consumed 1-4 years. Best served with seafood, roast chicken and foie gras.
