Gabriel Boudier Gingembre - Ginger

It is thanks to Gabriel Boudier’s expertise and know-how as both distillers and liqueur makers that we are able to produce a stunning liqueur with such an intense taste of ginger. Freshly cut slices of fresh ginger root are macerated to extract the spicy flavours and intensity of the ginger, while, in order to obtain the volatiles and fine aromatics, we also distil dried ginger.
