Tasting Note from Fairley’s Wines | 2018

The White displays pale lemon with citrus and green fruit nuance, fresh and intense, herbal touches combined with mineral on the nose. The palate is clean with zippy lemon and ripe pear, somewhat grassy, finishing medium with mineral notes, tangy lime and lasting dried fruit character. An excellent Sauvignon Blanc that should not be over chilled. Consume young 2-3 years and would be best served with fish, shellfish, pasta and salads.
