Appearance - Auburn Hue. Nose - At first it’s all fresh orchard fruits and then comes the buttered toffee and a whiff of banana. You can sense the presence of dark cocoa and heavily roasted coffee just waiting to appear. Taste - Luxurious mouthfeel that offers a combination of light toffee, coffee and vanilla sweetness. Hints of citrus zest, cinnamon spice balanced by caramelised sugar provide the encore. There’s definitely dark chocolate influence but so well integrated into the whole as not to be individual.
