Domaine Vacheron Sancerre

The Sancerre appears pale yellow, with white flower and zesty citrus on the nose. The palate is full of lemon and lime, locked in with verbena, peach and hints of mint, somewhat flinty with even more fruit, finishing clean and fresh. An extremely good Sauvignon that should not be over chilled and please allow to open up in the glass. Best served with white meats, seafood and shellfish.
