Sauvignon Blanc Description ...
The Organic and Biodynamic Sauvignon Blanc was harvested by hand from vines aged between 30 and 50 years old from Jean Laurent and Jean Dominique Vacheron family estate. The winery was certified by Biodyvin in 2005 and yields are kept extremely low and parcels of fruit vinified by terroir.
Tasting Note from Fairley's | 2017 ...
The Sancerre appears pale yellow, with white flower and zesty citrus on the nose. The palate is full of lemon and lime, locked in with verbena, peach and hints of mint, somewhat flinty with even more fruit, finishing clean and fresh. An extremely good Sauvignon that should not be over chilled and please allow to open up in the glass. Best served with white meats, seafood and shellfish.
