Fairley's Wines Tasting Note ...

The wine appears garnet red and bright, with lashings of spiced red fruit, accompanied by underlying peppered black fruits on the nose. The palate opens full with black pepper followed by aromas of elegant and complex blackcurrant and red cherries, earthly with hints of dark chocolate and even more spice, with soft harmonious tannins. Please allow to open and will get even better with age 1-4 years, the red is very much food oriented and would be best served with pork fillets and even game. An excellent red.
