Fairley's Wines Tasting Note ...
The wine has a deep garnet red colour with black fruit, dried herbs and spice on the nose. The palate has loads of blackcurrant, rich cassis and black pepper, finishing full with silky chocolate truffle and balanced acidity, rich and strong. Needs to be allowed to open and will cellar well for 5 years. Excellent with beef bourguignon or prime rib.
