Fairley's Wines Tasting Note ...
The GSM appears deep red with hints of garnet, red fruit aromas with earthy savoury oak on the nose. The palate overwhelms with dark cherry, raspberry and mulberry, creamy chocolate with silky smooth tannins, finishing full-bodied with spice and cinnamon. Allow to-open in glass and should cellar for up to 5 years. Good with spicy pasta and even venison.
