Mourne Dew Blended Irish Whiskey

Nose - Clean with no ‘off’ notes. Soft, mellow with vanilla/toffee, berries and with a hint of peat. Palate - Very pleasant and like the nose, vanilla/toffee/berries with the peated malt just showing through. Finish - Long and complex; made possible by a fusion of sweet florals and light herbal flavours. A Classic Irish whiskey, triple distilled blend of barley, wheat and rye spirits which have been matured in a mixture of virgin oak and bourbon casks leaving a soft taste of vanilla & toffee with a delicate mix of berries and a hint of peat.
