Fairley's Tasting Note ...
The 12 year old displays deep amber in colour with rose petal and herbs on the nose. On the palate the rose petal and herbs are interwoven with luscious notes of chocolate, butterscotch and hints of orange peel, finishing soft and warm with some dried fruit.
