Georgia's is located in at the crossroads between eastern Europe and western Asia, home to the Caucasian Mountain ranges to the north and opening to the black sea to the west. The grapevine regions of Georgia are divided into six viticulture zones and multiple micro-zones. The most important of course is Kakheti, which is famous for its traditional Georgian winemaking method, whereby a Qvevri is used, a clay vessel, lined with melted beeswax, in western Georgia they are called Churi. The climate is diverse, with both the Caucasian Mountains and the Black sea playing a huge roll, as well as the multiple River basins located among the six wine producing regions. Georgia also has 18 appellations of origin for wines registered in Georgia, two of which are Napareuli and Kakheti.

India's wine producing areas are divided into six main regions, Kashmir valley, Himachal, Champai, Deccan Plateau, Goa and Nandi Hills. The most active and most important are located in south-western India, in the states of Maharashtra and Karnataka. One of the most important is the Deccan Plateau some 600m above sea-level and is part of the Western Ghats Mountain Range and which incorporates the Nasik valley on India's Western Coast.

The fruit for the EQ Chardonnay were harvested by hand in late March from the family owned Rosario Vineyard, San Antonio Valley, with each vine producing only small yields, approximately 1.5KG per plant. The whole bunches were pressed, with fermentation carried out in French burgundy barrels of different sizes, before final aging for 11 months in Oak barrels, allowing the wine to rest on the Lees.

The Rosario Valley straddles both San Antonio and the Casablanca valleys and in this case the vineyard is located only 5 miles from the Pacific Ocean and the influences of the Humboldt current, making the Casablanca valley one of the coolest wine producing regions in Chile.

The wine was served slightly chilled and appeared fresh purple red in colour with voluptuous cold red fruit aromas enhanced with subtle spicy oak and somewhat earthy. On the Palate a nuance of Mouth coating cherry spice mingled with ripe plum, fetching raspberry and integrated oak. The Pinot Noir was balanced and fresh with fine tannins, finishing delicate with a hint of strawberry. Best served with Pasta, Grilled poultry and seafood. The wine should cellar for between 5-9 years and should get even better. Allow to open in the Glass.
