The Rueda Blend appears pale yellow with notes of stone fruit, mingled with spring flowers on the nose. The palate is clean and fresh with ripe peach and zesty lemon and lime, finishing lively with even more clean citrus fruits and floral. Do not over chill and would be best served with shellfish and other seafoods.
