Fairley's Wines Tasting Note ...

The wine appears dark cherry in colour with medium depth, with red and wild black fruit, tobacco leaf and a hint of vanilla on the nose. On the palate there is an abundance of wild blackberry and raspberry, French oak and sweet cinnamon, finishing fresh, balanced acidity, medium bodied with soft tannins, rich and sweet.
