Perelada Stars Brut Nature Reserva Cava

The Vintage Stars Cava appears light yellow with green tints, a stream of fine bubbles, bright and clean. The nose is floral with citrus and an abundance of green fruit, mingled with honeycomb. The palate open with dried green apple and juicy pear, lemon peel and creamy, finishing lively with zesty citrus and lasting green fruit. An excellent cava from a top producer and would be best served as an aperitif.
