Tasting Note from Fairley's Wines | 2018 ...
The wine appears deep cherry red in colour, with lots of ripe red fruits and a hint of flowers on the nose. The palate is fresh and lively with strawberry and raspberry fruits, medium bodied, finishing rich and soft with lasting ripened red fruits. Consume young and would be best served with stews and cured cheeses.
