The Joven displays intense red cherry with purple tones in colour. The bouquet is youthful with savoury red fruit, underlining blackcurrant and violet. The palate is sappy with blackberry and cassis, round and floral, finishing fresh with balanced acidity, persistent raspberry and some-what leafy. Consume young within 1-3 years and even slightly chill. Best served with BBQ meat, red or white, cold meats and even light cheese.
