Description of Winemaking ...

The fruit was sourced from family owned vineyards in La Rioja, Alta Cantabria and Finca del Marquesado, Baja, with the vines lying between 490m and 530m above sea-level. The grapes were transported to the winery and fermentation carried out in stainless steel tanks for 20 days.

Tasting Note from Fairley's Wines | 2018 ...

The Rose appears pale pink in colour, with light floral notes, mingled with red fruits. The palate is light and clean with balanced acidity, laced with raspberry fruit and herbal, underlying grapefruit, finishing subtle with slightly spiced red fruits. Do not over chill and consume young 1-2 years. Best served with a selection of breads, pasta, vegetables and fish.
