Bodegas Valdemar Tasting Note ...

This wine displays an attractive red cherry colour with a garnet rim. It has complex aromas of spices, balsamic touches of cedar and eucalyptus reminiscent of Atlantic woods, as well as hints of tobacco. Elegant, very well balanced, extremely expressive and showing a fine character. Food Pairing - This wine matches perfectly with red meat, stews and roasts, as well as game. Particularly suited for charcuterie and cured cheese.
