Tasting Note from Fairley's Wines | 2014 ...

The wine appears bright pale yellow with green hues in colour with intense tropical fruit character accompanied with citrus, hints of perfumed green fruit and a touch of fennel on the nose. The palate displays refreshing zippy dried apricot, pear and ripe peach, finishing zesty and dry with clean floral notes. A youthful spice box that would be great as an aperitif and with fresh fish but do not over chill and allow to open up in the glass. Consume 1-3 years.
