Fairley's Wines Tasting Note ...
The wine appears a brilliant limpid pale yellow with aromatic intensity of green, stone and tropical fruit, with peach and green apple most notable, hints of white flower, spice accompanied with lemon peel and hay on the nose. The palate is sweet with green apple, white peach and refreshingly clean. Undertones of nectarine, followed by spice and somewhat leafy, finishing elegant and long with a touch of minerality, coupled with zingy citrus and dry. Would be best served as an aperitif, goat's cheese and fresh prawns. Allow to breathe and do not over chill.
