Tasting Note from Fairley's Wines ...

The resulting Neethlingshof Blend appears bright and golden yellow with green tints. The nose is pronounced with an exuberance of fruit, from stone fruit to citrus and underlying green fruit, violets combined with sweet spice and a hint of aniseed on the nose. The palate is mouth coating with lashings of textured apricot, peach and honeyed fruit, locked in creamy spice and summer flowers, finishing full and refreshingly crisp with balanced acidity and even more spiced honeyed fruit. Excellent! Allow the wine to open in the glass and would be best served with seafood, poultry or on its own.
