Fairley's Wines Tasting Note ...
The Crossings Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc displays light gold in colour with tropical fruit, interlaced parcels of green fruit, mineral and citrus notes. The palate is full with persistent gooseberry and underlying passionfruit, finishing zesty with crisp clean acidity and grassy, white grapefruit and somewhat herbal. Allow to open in the glass and consume young 1-3 years. Best served with seafood, especially oysters and fresh fish.
