Fairley's Wines Tasting Note ...
The wine appears pale straw with green hues, aromas of green and tropical fruit with capsicum and freshly cut grass. The palate displays lively acidity, herbaceous, with ripe passion fruit and gooseberry, finishing floral with hints of lime, crisp and dry. Excellent but do not over chill and will open up beautifully in glass. Consume on its own or with seafood, chicken or salads….
