Fairley's Wines Tasting Note ...
The wine appears clear with medium intensity, almost lemon in colour. The nose displays subtle minerality with aromas of tropical fruit and lemon leading to a concentration of ripe stone fruit. The palate is clean and fresh with passion fruit, peach and zippy citrus, finishing herbaceous, crisp and dry. Do not over chill and consume young, would be great with fresh salty seafood, salads and chicken dishes or on its own.
