Fairley's Wines Tasting Note ...

The Babich Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc appears lemon yellow in colour with ripe tropical fruit aromas, minerality and slightly perfumed. The palate is full with passionfruit and spice, clean and fresh, mouth tingling minerality, finishing focused with pineapple and even more spice. Best served with salty seafood, especially oysters. Allow to open in the glass and consumed young 1-3 years.
