Fairley's Wines Tasting Note ...

The resulting Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc appears pale golden in colour, with lashings of tropical fruit, minerality and citrus notes on the nose. The palate is full and fresh with mouth coating passionfruit combined with gooseberry fruit, somewhat powerful with underlying citrus, finishing dry and crisp with great length. Best consumed young 1-3 years and do not overchill. Serve with seafood and chicken dishes, even a mild curry.
