Thomson & Scott Skinny was founded by Amanda Thomson, with a view of producing a range of low sugar top quality sparkling wines from France and Italy. So far the CEO of Thomson & Scott Skinny, Amanda Thomson has produced two sparkling wines from Champagne and one from DOC Prosecco. The two Champagnes contain only 0.1g of residual sugar per litre, while the Prosecco, whilst Organic Certified and Vegan Friendly, contains 7gof residual sugar per litre.
