Tasting Note from Fairley's Wines | 2017 ...
The Verdeca appears yellow with green tints followed by an abundance of candied citrus fruit with floral notes on the nose. The palate is fresh with zingy lemon and lime, followed by rock flower, finishing dry and clean with even more candied fruits. Do not overchill and would be best served with scallops and mussels.
