Fairley's Wines Tasting Note ...
The Bigi Sangiovese appears deep ruby red with hints of violet and succulent red fruit. The palate is full with rich black cherry, savoury with warm spice and plum, finishing sweet and very soft with persistent cherry fruit. Consume young and would be best served with cured meats and savoury dishes.
