An appropriate bottle aging follows before release.
Fairley's Wines Tasting Note ...
The Tuscan Red appears deep ruby red with purple reflections, somewhat youthful with a concentration of red and black fruit, mingled with liquorice and vanilla on the nose. The palate is full with soft ripe blackberry and plum, sweet cherry accompanied by warm spice, vanilla and even more liquorice, finishing powerful with structure, soft and youthfully persistent. Consume young 3-4 years and best served with roasts, game and light cheese.
