Chatelain Ramel Grand Cuvee

The Vinitrio Grand Cuvee appears deep ruby red with intense aromas of dark cherry, mingled with liquorice and spicy oaked pepper on the nose. The palate opens full with sweet cherry and hints of plum, structured but firm, finishing upfront with cedar and spiced fruit with great potential. Allow to-breathe 1-2 hours and will get even better with age. Best served grilled meats, strong cheeses and even stews.
