The sparkling wine appears lively with very fine bubbles, followed by spice and fresh candied red fruit on the nose. The palate opens with tingly raspberry and strawberry fruit followed by spice and cream, finishing delicate with even more red fruit. Excellent!! Enjoy with different warm breads or as an aperitif, even on its own… Do not over chill.
