The Paul Mas Sauvignon Blanc is produced from estate grown vineyards around Marseillette, Limoux and Montagnac, from cool to warm climate, located in southern France's, Languedoc wine region. The vines range from 16-26 years old and are transported to Domaines Paul Mas, Nicole Estate in Montagnac near the town of Pezenas. Where the fruit is gently crushed, fermented and allowed to rest on the Lees for 2 months prior to being bottled.

Fairley's Wines Tasting Note ...

The Vignobles Paul Mas Sauvignon Blanc appears pale lemon with green hints. A very aromatic nose with lashings of citrus, locked in with a spectrum of green fruit. The palate is refreshingly full with textured gooseberry and grapefruit, lemon and lime, finishing lively with balanced acidity and even more citrus fruit. An excellent Sauvignon Blanc that should not be over chilled, consume young. Best served with seafood and salads.
