Fairley's Wines Tasting Note ...
The Gros Manseng appears yellow with silver highlights, expressive tropical fruit accompanied with lemon zest and some grassy aromas. The palate is full with melon and citrus at the forefront, round and very lively with great persistence, finishing clean with balanced acidity and undertones of grapefruit and even truffle. Best consumed young, lightly chilled and would be ideal with chicken curry, roasted white meat and even crab.
