The resulting Classic Pinot Blanc appears pale yellow with zippy citrus, somewhat floral and an array of tropical fruit. The palate is lively and light with lemon zest, white flowers and touches of melon, finishing clean and restraint with lasting citrus fruits. Do not over chill and would be best served with fish and various white meats.
