Les Eglantines Touraine Sauvignon Sauvion

The Touraine appears vibrant pale yellow with expressive floral scents accompanied with intense exotic fruit and underlining citrus aromas. The palate is crisp and clean with elegance, displaying subtle lemon with grapefruit and a touch of honeysuckle, lightly floral, finishing crisp and fresh, balanced acidity with vegetal characters. An excellent aperitif, best served with oysters, seafood or Valencay cheese. Consume young 1-3 years and do not overchill.
