The Cotes du Rhone Blanc appears a shiny yellow topaz color with bright reflections, on the nose some aromas of white flowersbeds associated with white flesh fruits and beautiful mirabelle. The palate is full and creamy with a taste of apricot liqueur, finishing very nice. Best served with cooked cuttlefish & pissaladière with anchovy.
