Fairley's Wines Tasting Note ...

The Moulin a Vent appears dark garnet in colour with succulent red and black fruit, rose petal and nuances of liquorice and warm spice on the nose. The palate overwhelms with damson plum, integrated black cherry, velvety soft, complicating but generous, finishing full with pepper and lasting red fruit. The 2012 Moulin a vent will age well, 2-10 years and should be allowed to breathe, 1-2 hours. Best served with beef bourguignon, veal or roast pheasant.
